Damien is a 19-year-old faith-driven entrepreneur looking to make a change in others through his passion for fitness and wellness.

With years of experience in business, leadership roles, and coaching, he brings a unique and niche set of skills to the table, providing the best service to every single client.

As someone who built his fitness and business adventures from the ground up, Damien understands the power of discipline, consistency, and self-confidence when tackling anything in his way. His purpose is to show others where that lies within themselves.

While he isn’t training, he is destroying goals and becoming at least 1% better every day. He doesn’t just talk it and teach it, he lives it.
